Influencing of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Work Stress to the Turnover Intention of Employees Stella Maris Education Foundation Jakarta



This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture to the pretension to resign, the
leadership style towards to the pretension to resign, and work stress to the pretension to resign.
This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis which is used
in testing hypotheses. This research was conducted at the Stella Maris Education Foundation
Jakarta with a sample of 95 employees selected through simple random sampling. The study
yields the following findings: (1) there is a direct negative effect of organizational culture to the
pretension to resign, (2) there is a direct negative influence of leadership style to the pretension
to resign, (3) there is a direct positive effect of work stress to the pretension to resign, from the
research the researchers did, it can be concluded that the pretension to resign is influenced by
variables such as organizational culture, leadership style, and work stress.
